Our nutritionist shows you how to stop dieting and start thriving for life with a whole-body holistic nutrition and lifestyle assessment, and with a client-centered coaching approach. The resilience coach forms a partnership with clients to optimize resources for personal or professional growth. Through developing goals and forming innovative, new ways to support their surroundings will bring a new way of doing life and business. The client or organization will lever strengths, adopt new concepts and build resources that support sustainability creating a resilient environment.

TCM

TCM

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) aims to restore the body’s balance and harmony between the natural opposing forces of yin and yang, which can block qi and cause disease. Our TCM provider evaluates body, mind and emotion and will give you guidance to restore your balance through a treatment plan that may include nutrition and herbal tonics, meditation, acupuncture and massage.

MOVEMENT

Movement

Our provider will work with the client through elements of yoga, stretching, Tai Chi and other movement practices that best suit the individual. Movement therapy focuses on helping individuals improve self-esteem and body image, developing effective communication skills and relationship through expanding the movement vocabulary, while gaining insight into patterns of behavior.

The transition coach supports you as you face changes in your life so you can create positive results. The transition may be your choice or it may be forced on you. Either way, the coach helps you cope with fears and doubts that can come during big changes. You’ll explore your current situation. You’ll look at your best options to achieve a better future.

Life Coaching

Life coaching counsels on a range of professional and personal issues to help accomplish a specific need and/ or goal(s). Going through a transition demands to set new goals, which may be a challenge at times coping with difficult emotions. Our life coach will guide you in building an action-oriented plan to attain specific goals and personal successes in the shortest time possible.

VOICE COACHING

Voice Coaching

Coaching for voice, articulation and presence including dialects and public speaking is an art. Your voice and the way you speak can reveal a lot about who you are and how you envision yourself in the world. From breathing and alignment to tone placement and tongue position, to personal history – yours, your character’s – will be taken into consideration for a customized approach.

BREATHWORK

Breathwork

Breathwork refers to any type of breathing exercises or techniques. People often perform them to improve mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. During breathwork you intentionally change your breathing pattern. There are many forms of breathwork therapy that involve breathing in a conscious and systematic way.
