HEAL WITH HERBS

Heal with Herbs

Heal with Herbs may help with many conditions, such as managing anxiety, insomnia, fatigue, and elevated blood pressure. Sometimes herbs are used because they act similarly to pharmaceutical medications and other times herbs help restore balance to systems that need some extra help. Herbs are used in teas, salads, or as a spice in food. In conjunction with herbs, acupressure will be implemented as well into the aforementioned ailments and will help restore the balance of mind and body.

Music Therapy

Music Therapy is an established health profession in which music is used within a therapeutic relationship to address physical, emotional, cognitive, and social needs of individuals. Research in music therapy shows effectiveness in many areas: overall physical rehabilitation and facilitating movement, increased motivation to become engaged in their treatment, provides emotional support for clients and their families, and provides an outlet for expression of feelings.

Intimacy

Intimacy is for clients suffering from sexual related dysfunctions affecting their life and relationships. Sexuality binds with the self intimately, reflecting its personal and social functionality according to ones’ self-esteem and self-perception. Those who suffer from past traumatic events may suffer in silence for fear of being misunderstood, or for fear of abandonment. Intimacy provides avenues to reach self-acceptance and validation of their own sexuality.

HYPNOTHERAPY

Hypnotherapy

Hypnosis can be used to help gain control over undesired behaviors, and to cope better with anxiety or pain. Clients can turn their attention completely inward to find and utilize their natural resources deep within themselves that can help them make changes or regain control in certain areas of their life. Hypnosis is used to treat smoking, medical conditions such as digestive disorders, skin issues, teeth grinding, and it improves sleep, learning disorders and relationship issues.

Movement combined with the practice of Feldenkreis and yoga can be a powerful tool to find balance in life. This modality, Feldenkreis, Yoga and Movement, cultivates a deeper self-awareness and allows for healing. Internal and emotional energy blockages are cleared, and therefore, it helps restoring the sense of wellbeing. Through this practice, one learns to focus on a new goal or direction, while empowering the self to make changes supporting a personal wellness path.

Nutrition coaching provides a client-centered approach that shows the individual how to stop dieting and start thriving in life.
